Processing of Personal Data and Legal Basis

Personal data is processed for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN” (conducting business activities), complying with legal requirements regarding the collection, processing, storage and transfer of personal data of natural persons, as well as complying with legal requirements governing consumer rights.

The period for which personal data is stored depends on the retention period prescribed by applicable legislation, the period specified in the relevant contract, or the retention period established by SIA “RUNDMAN”. Personal data is not stored for longer than necessary to comply with legal requirements, taking into account the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”. When the processing or storage of personal data is no longer necessary, the personal data is deleted.

Personal data is processed using specialised and secure software to ensure the secure processing and storage of personal data, including the use of antivirus software, firewalls and other technological solutions. Personal data is protected through access control systems and specialised software.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data is not transferred to third countries (countries that are not members of the European Union (EU) and/or the European Economic Area (EEA)).

Personal data may be transferred to cooperation partners of SIA “RUNDMAN” (including companies providing outsourced services), service providers (processors) and authorised legal or natural persons (lawyers and legal advisers).

Personal data is transferred securely using secure software and technologies. Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary to pursue the legal and legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”.

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv. Therefore, our company transfers the personal data necessary to process payments to the owner of the platform, Maksekeskus AS.

Access to Personal Data

A natural person may access their personal data by submitting a written request, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements governing the processing of personal data and the submission and handling of requests.
